Hi, I’m Giseli Spera—a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, wife, mother, and woman over 40 navigating the exciting (and sometimes challenging!) journey of perimenopause. My passion for fitness started in my teens, and I’ve been lifting weights ever since. It’s not just a hobby; it’s a lifestyle that has empowered me physically and mentally. This lifelong dedication fueled my desire to learn everything I could about personal training and nutrition, leading me to pursue my certifications and begin helping clients achieve their goals four years ago.

I specialize in helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss, build lean muscle, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. I have a particular focus on the unique needs of women during different life stages. I’m especially passionate about working with women experiencing perimenopause and menopause because I personally understand the physical and emotional impact of these hormonal changes. I also have a deep commitment to prenatal and postnatal fitness. As a mother myself, I know firsthand the importance of staying strong, healthy, and confident during pregnancy and the postpartum period—and I’m here to guide you safely and effectively through this transformative journey.
