Could you please outline the process of working with a new client?

1- Initial Consultation and Assessment:

  • When engaging with a new client, the process begins with a virtual meeting to discuss your fitness goals, experiences, lifestyle, preferences, health habits, physical activity readiness, health history, and expectations.

  • For your body composition assessment, you will need to take measurements using a tape measure and note your height and current weight. Additionally, you will be asked to submit photos from different angles to visually represent your physique. It is essential to send photos. *Keep in mind that they will not be shared without the client's permission.

  • I may conduct fitness assessments such as cardiorespiratory, flexibility, and strength assessments as needed. For the movement screening, you may be asked to provide pictures of your posture to help identify any imbalances or misalignments.

2- Program Design:

  • Based on the information gathered, I will design a customized workout plan tailored to your specific goals, abilities, and preferences.

  • These plans consider your weekly training frequency, available equipment, experience level, and any injuries you may need to accommodate.

  • Your personalized workout plan may include strength training exercises using body weight, free weights, weight machines, resistance bands, and more; cardiovascular exercises such as HIIT or steady-state cardio, and flexibility and mobility exercises like stretching.

  • Together, we will set realistic expectations and a timeline for achieving your goals.

3- Nutrition Coach:

  • I will assess your needs by evaluating your habits, health history, and goals.

  • I will educate you about the nutritional benefits of healthy eating habits.

  • I will provide encouragement and strategies to help you stay on track.

  • During our check-ins, I will ask you to send your measurements and photos so I can evaluate and monitor your progress. My Fitness App will be the tool used in conjunction with your customized workout plan.

4- First Session and Ongoing Support:

  • You will be invited to download the Fitness App and set up your account. The app will provide you with your monthly workout plan, complete with instructional videos, sets, and repetitions to follow.

  • You will also be asked to track your body measurements and weight throughout the month so I can monitor your progress. Your workout plan will be adjusted based on your progress and feedback.

  • Each month, your workout plan will be updated. As part of this process, I request that you send in your photos and body measurements.

  • The App allows you to communicate with me via messaging if you have questions or need guidance. I am here to address any concerns you may have during your fitness journey.

5- Client Confidentiality:

  • Personal Coaching: Engage in bi-weekly virtual appointments for motivation, accountability, and constructive feedback.

  • Instructional Videos: Access instructional videos that demonstrate proper form and technique during exercises.

  • Flexible Scheduling: My fitness app allows you to easily integrate workout sessions into your schedule, enabling you to exercise at times that work best for you.
