Do I need any special equipment to work out?
Having dumbbells and a mat would be advantageous. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use plastic bottles filled with water or any household item that provides some resistance. A chair will also be necessary. The most important "equipment" for your workouts is your body weight.
If I want to train postpartum, do I need to be trained during my pregnancy?
You are not required to have trained with me or anyone else during your pregnancy to join the postpartum program. Just ensure you have your medical clearance, and enjoy the workouts!
