Does training require the use of certain equipment?

No, you are welcome to use the equipment you have at home or the gym. The approach will be modified based on your available resources. Regardless of whether you are working out at home or in a gym, my workouts are customized to fit your specific needs. While working out, you will need to have access to my Fitness App on your mobile device.

I am unsure how to do workouts properly because I've never been to a gym. Should I continue to participate in this program?

Of course! My instructional videos are a great resource for anyone unclear about how to do an exercise.

Working with clients of all fitness levels, including novices, is something I am skilled at. Your training program is tailored to your level of expertise.

Is there a required minimum duration for coaching?
A minimum commitment of 4 weeks is necessary for coaching. This timeframe allows for thorough consultation reviews, planning, and the development of a tailored program, which is why I set this minimum duration.
Do you offer macros and meal-planning services?

I will create personalized meal plans for clients that align with their caloric targets, macronutrient needs, and dietary choices. Based on the recipes included in their meal plans, you will be able to generate a customized grocery list.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay); Cash App; Zelle transfer; Venmo.

What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are not offered for my monthly online personal training package, which requires a minimum commitment of four weeks for coaching.

My 3-month and semi-annual online personal training packages demonstrate a commitment to your fitness journey. Due to the personalized nature of my programs and the resources dedicated upon purchase, I have established the following cancellation policy: You may cancel your purchase after the initial four-week period. Cancellations must be submitted within the first month, up to one week before your workout for the second month or any subsequent months is made available in the Fitness App.

I am an international customer, can I still purchase your services?
Yes! I accept international payments via credit card. Please be aware that your bank may charge additional fees for international transactions. All of my listed prices are in USD-US Dollars.
